Needle roller bearing with inner ring

The needle roller bearing with inner ring is necessary when shaft could not be used as bearing race. The inner ring or outer ring with needle roller or cage assembly units could be assembled individually.
Needle roller bearing of sealed ring with or without inner ring
Single sided or double-faced sealing HXB series needle roller could avoid soil. The sealing ring is of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber. Its working temperature scope is between minus 30 and 180. Lubricant is No.2 or No.3 high-performance lithium based grease. The longer re-lubricating interval period exists for enough storing lubricant grease space. The inner ring is 1mm thicker than the exterior ring, so sealing ring could work even when shaft moves down. There is lubricant aperture in inner ring in common.

Standard bearing
The bearings of standard grade are all proved up to dimensional precision and geometric accuracy of standard size. On exterior ring, there are lubricate hole and lubrication groove.

Dimensional tolerance
To bearing of high-precision requirements, it is required to inform the precision grade. To needle roller bearing with or without inner ring, whose radial clearance is flexible, it is also suitable.

Specific requirements
Please note supplementary code of bearing code when orders exterior ring of arc shape; so does order exterior ring with lubricate hole.
The bearing ring of grinding function is necessary with the purpose to get high-precision bearing device. Then the interior ring grinded after being assembled so as to improve rotating precision.
